Custom Soundsystem Hoodie/Jacket Commission Deposit
£50 Deposit
Every soundsystem has a story.
Most people see a stack of speakers.
The people who built it see years of saving, countless events, loading vans in the rain, fixing broken drivers at 3am, friendships, setbacks, victories, and entire chapters of their lives.
A soundsystem isn't really a pile of speakers.
It's a physical record of effort, community, dedication and love.
These commissions are my way of honouring that journey.
Whether it's your own soundsystem, a favourite rig, or an iconic stack that holds special memories, I can transform it into a one of a kind wearable artwork.
Each piece is individually designed and handcrafted using reclaimed textiles, vintage fabrics, my own psychedelic prints, reflective materials, and hand cut appliqué work.
No two commissions will ever be identical because no two stories are identical.
This listing secures your commission slot and allows us to discuss your ideas and create a personalised quote for your custom piece.
How It Works
Step 1 – Purchase Your Deposit
Purchase this listing to secure your place in the commission queue.
Step 2 – Send Your Ideas
After purchase, please send all information below by replying to confirmation email:
🔊 Photographs of the soundsystem you'd like featured including details of speakers and stack formation
🎨 Any colours, fabrics, themes, or patterns you'd like incorporated
✨ Any additional ideas or personal touches (can be discussed but not guaranteed)
Step 3 – Choose Your Base Garment
You have two options:
Option A – Send Your Own Hoodie or Jacket
You provide the garment.
Once we've discussed the project, you'll post it to me.
This is usually the most affordable option.
Option B – I'll Source the Garment
Let me know your preferred size, colour, style, and brand.
I will source a suitable garment for the project.
This option will increase the overall cost of the commission.
Step 4 – Receive Your Quote
Once we've discussed your ideas, I will calculate the final cost based on:
Complexity of the soundsystem design
Size of the artwork
Materials required
Time involved
Whether I am sourcing the garment
At this stage, we can still discuss and adjust ideas before any work begins.
If you decide not to proceed after receiving your quote, your £50 deposit will be refunded in full.
If you choose to proceed, a personalised final payment listing will be created and the £50 deposit will be deducted from the total cost of your commission.
Once this final payment listing has been created, your commission has been formally accepted and the £50 deposit becomes non refundable.
The remaining balance must be paid within one month. Please note Klarna payment is available.
As each commission is created specifically for the customer, refunds are not available once a commission has been accepted.
Step 5 – Final Payment
The remaining balance must be paid within one month of receiving your quote.
Once payment has been received, your commission is confirmed and work will begin.
At this stage, the design and project details are considered approved. As materials may be purchased and construction may already be underway, payments become non refundable and design changes may not be possible.
If you would like your commission completed sooner, the remaining balance can be paid earlier and your project may be prioritised where possible.
Important Information
The £50 deposit secures your commission slot and covers consultation, planning, and quotation time.
Quotes remain valid for 30 days.
By requesting the creation of a final payment listing, you are confirming that you wish to proceed with the commission and accept these terms.
Completion times vary depending on current workload and project complexity.
Every piece is handmade and completely unique.
No two commissions will ever be identical.
A Note From The Artist
I've spent years around soundsystem culture and understand that a stack is never just a stack.
It's a labour of love, built over time through dedication, community, music and memories.
My goal is to create artwork that honours that journey and gives you something meaningful to wear, experience life in and create memories with for years to come. I can't wait to work with you and bring your vision to life!
See you by the rig,
Bee x Psychedelegg
